Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable $20 booking deposit is required. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your service total on the day of your visit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service(s).
